In August 2023 and 2024 our HLAA Northwest Washington Chapter members  took to the water via a Crab Cruise by San Juan Cruises. The cruise on the "Salish Sea" provided a wonderful social time for all and we got to test the new Telecoil Loop sound system installed by several of our dedicated HLAA team.

The cruise was topped off with a generous dinner of cracked crab, chicken, broccoli salad, rolls and desert. Due to unusual circumstances were were treated to an after dinner sunset that was very colorful as forest fires in Canada fed smoke into our area making for an unusually red sunset.
